A Stadium Builders License (SBL) is a license initially sold by the Minnesota Sports Facilities Authority (MSFA) to help fund the construction of U.S. Bank Stadium. Fans must purchase an SBL to qualify for rights to purchase Vikings season tickets.

An SBL is required to qualify for rights to purchase season tickets for Vikings games. SBLs are currently sold out and you must purchase from existing SBL holders who are selling their rights. The Vikings SBL Marketplace is the official site for SBL resales and transfers.

An SBL for a reserved seat at U.S. Bank Stadium provides the owner with the ability to purchase season tickets each season as long as the Vikings play there. Additional benefits of owning a reserved seat SBL include:
- Ability to transfer your SBLs to another individual or entity through the Vikings SBL Marketplace
- The same seat location for every Vikings preseason and regular season home game played at U.S. Bank Stadium
- The right to purchase home playoff tickets for your seat location

Parking Passes are transferable for club seat locations only. You must own a minimum of two SBLs to purchase parking pass. ADA Accessible Parking is transferable (if you purchase an ADA pass and do not qualify for it, you will be relocated to a different lot based on availability).
